How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can create an account or checkout as a guest. Follow the payment process and you'll receive an order confirmation email.
How do I track my order?
You can track your order by logging into your account and visiting the "My Orders" section, or by using the tracking number sent to your email. You'll receive updates at each stage of the delivery process.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging with tags attached. Return shipping is free for defective items. Some items may have different return conditions.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days within India. Express shipping (1-2 days) is available for an additional fee. International shipping is not currently available.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping fee of ₹99 applies.
How do I know what size to order?
We provide detailed size charts for each product. You can find them on the product page or in our "Size Guide" section. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing with our size chart.
