Exchange Process
To exchange an item, follow the same return process and specify that you want an exchange. If the new item costs more, you'll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, you'll receive a refund for the difference.

Can I return an item after 30 days?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after 30 days. However, if you have a defective item, please contact our customer support team and we'll help you resolve the issue.
What if I received a damaged item?
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a free return and send you a replacement or provide a full refund.
How do I track my return?
Once you initiate a return, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your return in your account under "My Orders" → "Returns".
Can I cancel a return?
Yes, you can cancel a return within 24 hours of initiating it. After that, the return process will continue and cannot be cancelled.
What if my return is rejected?
If your return is rejected, we'll send you an email explaining the reason. You can contact our customer support team to discuss the issue and find a solution.
